Bill also is a waterfowl guide and has 90 acres of private hunting in a flooded field across from the Black Bayou Refuge. This is a refuge with both food and water so the ducks are there by the thousands. Bill also has blinds on Reelfoot Lake and he can accommodate several hunters if necessary. Lodging at Sportsman's Resort is available and from there to the blinds or fields is a short ride. Reelfoot Lake is a mecca for waterfowl. The Mississippi River is a short distance away and this makes Reelfoot Lake a stop over point in the ducks migration route.
