Reelfoot Lake State Park Reelfoot State Park has many planned actvities throughout the year for visitors that come to Reelfoot Lake. Everything from 'deep swamp canoe trips' to 'moonlight boat cruises' are available in season. Their Bald Eagle program is second to none in getting you 'up close and personal' with the American Bald Eagle. Their winter Eagle Tours are a must. The hottest item on the Internet last winter was the State Park's video camera that was placed over a nesting pair of Bald Eagles. Southshore Resort Southshore Resort is one of the popular places to stay in the Samburg area on Reelfoot Lake. It is located in a great location for traveling to and from good fishing spots.
